Our Shipping Rates Within the USA are based on the Amount you Spend. TheLatinProducts.com will decide to mail your order via Fedex, Fedex Smart Post or USPS. We process Standard orders and Expedited orders up to Two Business Days After from the Date we receive the Order.

What is your return policy?
Return Merchandise Authorizations can be requested through your account. Please be specific when sending an email with the exact reason for your return so that we can handle your request in a timely and accurate manner. TheLatinProducts.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with our Returns and Refund Policy.

When will my item ship?
We process your orders after 3 business days of being received. Those business days do not count holidays (USA).

Can I change the shipping address or pick up location after my order has been placed?
Once an order has been finalized and submitted for processing, it is unfortunately not possible to make any changes to your order, including the delivery address and contact phone number.

Yes. We will ship your order via FedEx, UPS or USPS which can be tracked. You will receive an email with the tracking number after your order has been shipped.
