Return Merchandise Authorizations can be requested through your account. Please be specific when sending an email with the exact reason for your return so that we can handle your request in a timely and accurate manner. TheLatinProducts.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with our Returns and Refund Policy.

Please protect your return by getting a tracking number and/or insurance from the US Post Office, UPS, FEDEX or however you choose to return the item. You are responsible for the safe return of all items.

Please note that TheLatinProducts.com will NOT cover shipping charges associated with the return of any item. If there is any other issue with an item that was sent to you (incorrect product, damaged) please contact us for assistance. We will cover shipping costs and send you a return label if the return is a result of our error or the product arrived damaged.

Please keep all the contents of damaged shipment as we will require them back for a refund and/or we will require pictures of damaged items.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee for up to 50% and will be deducted off the total refund due to you. Refunds apply only to returned merchandise - shipping fees are non-refundable.

In the event a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, we will process the order as a return. We are unable to reship orders that are marked as undeliverable. You can place a new order at any time. In addition, if you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incomplete or incorrect shipping address; we will not be able to correct the address.

**Grocery products are guaranteed to have a minimum shelf life of 30 days from the time of your purchase.

**Grocery items purchased from TheLatinProducts.com including food, personal care items such as shampoo and skin care, and household items cannot be returned per our Refund and Return Policy here stated.

While we work to ensure that product information is correct, on occasion manufacturers may alter their ingredients or packaging. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than that shown on our site. Please be sure to read the name of the product and the description and not solely rely on the picture for information. If you would like to return a product because it differs from the current picture on our website, you can return it by paying for shipping the product back to us, as well as a up to 50% restocking fee deducted from the cost of the product.
