Harina Selecta can be used in any recipe that calls for all-purpose flour. It can be used as a breading agent for chicken, steak or fish. Just add your favorite seasoning to the flour to make seasoned flour. Then dredge the food in the flour and sauté/fry. If you prefer a thicker crust follow these steps: dredge, dip in egg or buttermilk and dredge again. This will give you a crunchy, delicious crust.
