These peppers have just the right amount of kick to wake your taste buds right up, without leaving your mouth on fire. Our family will use the whole entire Goya sliced jalapeno peppers 26 oz size jar, on nacho night. Even the kids use them on occasion, depending upon the entree served. These sliced peppers are great toppings for dishes such as taco's, pizza, sandwiches, burrito's, taco salads, and the list could go on. Here's a great recipe to try them out with. Ingredients: 1 pound prepared taco meat 1 bag slightly crushed chips (Fritos work great) 1 can re-fried beans 1 8 oz. sour cream 1 cup of salsa 2 cups shredded cheese Goya sliced jalapeno peppers 26 oz size Toppings: (optional) 1 cup of each by choice- tomatoes, onions, lettuce, green olives, black olives, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 glass pan with nonstick spray. Warm beans over medium heat until they start to thin. Mix in half of your sour cream, and stir until blended. Add salsa, and 1 cup of your cheese turn off heat and let sit. Line your pan with crushed chips. Pour warm sauce mix over the chips, and add the meat mixture on top of that. Drain peppers and distribute evenly. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and put dollops of sour cream on the top, and any other toppings you would like and serve.
