RETURNS POLICY

You may return unopened and Unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the Shipping Charges. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

To Return a Package Please write the reason for your return on the back of your invoice. For your protection, please use USPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Products arrived to us used and/or opened will not get any refund. Our Return address is:

TheLatinProducts unconditionally guarantees the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products or if you find that your order contains a wrong item, simply contact us via e-mail Within SEVEN Days of your delivery and we will process the claim.

If you have received a wrong item or a damaged item and would like to get a replacement or a refund, please e-mail us at least couple of pictures showing the defect and we will be glad to resolve the issues promptly.

Within 7 days after delivery, you may return any product purchased from TheLatinProducts that has not been used or opened. You must pay the shipping charges to return the product(s). Please note that we can only process returns and refunds only for items purchased from TheLatinProducts. Please include the following in your package: Un-opened and Un-used items you are returning in the original packaging and sales invoice with the items and prices circled. We will process the return and refund you only the Value of the Product(s) minus 20% Re-stocking Fee minus the shipping charges you paid originally.

While we work to ensure that product information is correct, on occasion manufacturers may alter their ingredients or packaging. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than that shown on our site. Please be sure to read the name of the product and the description and not solely rely on the picture for information. If you would like to return a product because it differs from the current picture on our website, you can return it by paying for shipping the product back to us, as well as a 15% restocking fee deducted from the cost of the product.

Our Shipping Rates Within the USA are based on the Amount you Spend. TheLatinProducts.com will decide to mail your order via Fedex, Fedex Smart Post or USPS. We process Standard orders and Expedited orders up to Two Business Days After from the Date we receive the Order.

 

We Ship to APO/AFO only via USPS. For orders to PO Boxes, we will ship it via Fedex Smart Post or USPS, we will pick the mail company based on our discretion.

 

Free Shipping over $99 only within the Continental USA.Can take up to 10 Business Days fo you to received orders with Free Shipping over $99. The Free Shipping Over $99 Does NOT Apply to Any Item Located in the Cooking Equipment Category.
